These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ontario AI Consulting website and consulting services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Ontario AI Consulting provides AI consulting services to Ontario businesses including:
Specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement executed between Ontario AI Consulting and the client.
Grant navigation services include identifying government funding programs, assessing eligibility, and assisting with applications. We do not guarantee grant approval. Funding decisions are made solely by the applicable government agency based on their criteria and discretion. Our fee is for the consulting and application support service, not contingent on grant approval unless explicitly stated in the Service Agreement.
As a client, you agree to:
Upon full payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables produced specifically for your engagement (digital adoption plans, audit reports, workflow configurations, training materials).
We retain ownership of our pre-existing methodology, frameworks, templates, and tools used in delivering our services.
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and page structure — is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment terms are specified in the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month (18% APR) on the outstanding balance.
We accept payment by credit card, e-transfer, or invoice, as specified in the Service Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law:
We recommend third-party AI tools and platforms based on our assessment of client needs. We are not the developer or provider of these tools. We make no warranties regarding third-party tool performance, availability, or security. Clients should review each tool's terms and privacy policy before adoption.
We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as necessary to deliver our services, as required by law, or with client consent. This obligation survives termination of our engagement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For existing clients, changes affecting active engagements will be communicated directly. Website Terms may be updated without individual notice.
